WHAT WE DO

BOOKS, BEARS & BONNETS, INC.™ is dedicated to helping children and adults cope with cancer and other life-threatening illnesses by bringing caring gifts, thoughts and information to people fighting for their lives.

Merrily A. Ansell founded our organization in February, 2000 in memory of her sister, Emily, who lost her 4-1/2 year battle with uterine cancer and who died on June 5, 1999. Our mission is to elevate the spirit and strengthen the resolve of individuals who are on a life-saving journey.
